Who is Locimmo?
Locimmo is Langrez SAS website, a family company created in 1988 managed by Langrez Maxime. We rent and look after our own furnished and equipped flats for short or long stays in Cherbourg-Octeville.

Who are our customers?
Our customers are essentially executives and workers in professional duties (AREVA, EDD, EPR, CMN, DCNS, EFINOR …), students, tourists, changing family situation…

Are there any agency fee?
No, there is no agency fee. Indeed, we are not an estate agency but a small family company which rents its own flats.

How are your admissions organized?
Places admission
After a phone call, the meeting will be directly organized at the flat or at the railway station if you need to be picked up at your train arrival. A lease agreement and a schedule of fixtures will be done at your arrival in the flat.

What can I do if I want to extend my renting?
If you want to extend your renting in the flat, you have just to contact us by phone or by email. Then we will check the availability of the rented flat. Otherwise we will always find a solution of rehousing in our renting stock and we will create a new renting agreement.

What's a security deposit?
A security deposit is a sum of money to deposit to the owner the day of your moving in. It is used for any deterioration during your stay.
That is to say: For two-day stays, the security deposit is not banked. And for longer stays, the security deposit is banked and given back, except any deterioration in the statutory time limit in effect (To be seen in security deposit)

When and how should I organize my accommodation departure?
After agreeing for a meeting with us, we will carry out an inventory and a final schedule of fixtures. If there is no deterioration, your security deposit will be given back to you in the statutory time limit in effect. On the other hand, if there is deterioration at the time of your going out, the deterioration sum will be reduced from your security deposit. In case of this one would not be adequate, the tenant is committed to pay the difference.

What are the methods of payment?
The methods of payment which are accepted are: PayPal, bank transfer, credit card, check and cash
We will ask for a deposit to hold your accommodation at the time of your booking. This deposit will turn into a security deposit at your arrival in the flat.
If you stay less than or 40 nights: the sum of the deposit will correspond to 50% of the total rent.

Is smoking allowed in the flats?
Our flats are non-smoking. We asked to the tenants to go outside to smoke.

Are the pets allowed?
If you want to come with your pet, could you please let us know in order to examine your request?

Is household linen supplied in the flat?
All our flats are furnished and ready to live, however sheets, towels and tea towels are in addition to the price.

Is the Internet included in the rent?
The Internet is included in the service charge for all the flats. However we are not responsible for any dysfunction by the provider. But we will do our best to solve the problems as quickly as possible.

Is insurance necessary for my stay?
The house insurances are included in the service charge of your renting.
However you must have rental liability insurance.
